Module 3: Ethical Aspects of Coaching and Mentoring
In module three, we will explore the code of ethics in coaching and mentoring, including coaching terminology, how to work with clients, and the role of the International Coaching Federation.
Module 4: Coaching and Mentoring Models
In module four, we will gain an in-depth understanding of different coaching models, including the GROW model, developing our goal-setting and motivational skills.
Module 5: Effective Communication Skills
In module five, we will sharpen our communication skills and learn how to establish a positive coaching/client relationship. It includes guidance on how to provide constructive feedback, enhance your body language and develop your active listening skills.
Module 6: Personal Skills
